Asset Sales & Liquidation Terms

AXQ may facilitate or conduct asset sales, liquidation events, or surplus disposals from time to time.

Condition of Assets

All assets are sold:

• As-is, where-is
• With no warranties, representations, or guarantees
• Subject to buyer inspection and due diligence

AXQ does not guarantee:

• Fitness for purpose
• Merchantability
• Operational condition

Risk & Title

Risk passes to the buyer upon:

• Payment confirmation, or
• Asset collection, delivery, or transfer (whichever occurs first)

Title transfers only upon cleared payment in full.

No Ongoing Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXQ accepts no liability for:

• Post-sale defects
• Loss of use
• Consequential or indirect losses
